Leila serves as a fiduciary professional and advisor in the areas of tax, trust and estate planning and administration. She provides customized advice to integrate the client’s objectives to achieve their tax, legacy, and overall estate planning goals. Leila works closely with a team of trust and estate administration professionals to deliver comprehensive fiduciary services as part of an overall personal wealth management strategy. She joined the organization in 2014 and has over 25 years of experience in estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, and other business and fiduciary matters, including 16 years in private practice and 6 years as in-house counsel before joining BMO Private Bank.
Leila received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois, and a JD from the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago.
Leila is a current Legacy Partner for the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago Foundation and a past Co-Chair for the Chicago Bar Association’s YLS Tax Law Committee. She is also a current member of the DuPage County Estate Planning Council and of the Lake County Estate Planning Council.
Leila has two daughters and makes her home in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. She enjoys golf, tennis, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
