Derek Weatherford

Derek B. Weatherford is a Managing Director with BMO Wealth Management.

Derek oversees the strategic development and delivery of BMO Private Bank’s personal
wealth management platform to high-net-worth individuals, families and organizations,
including closely held and family-owned businesses, endowments and foundations
throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Colorado. He also oversees our Sports and
Entertainment Strategy for US Wealth. Derek joined the Bank in 2018 and has over 24
years of experience in financial services.

Derek earned his BA in Business and Organizational Behavior from Stanford University.
He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Derek holds Series 6, 7, 31
and 63 securities licenses.

Derek volunteers with numerous nonprofits and serves as Vice President for the Stanford Club of Minnesota and is a current Board Member with the Urban Ventures. Derek resides in Plymouth with his wife and their two sons. He enjoys cooking, cabin life
and family.
