Randi Dlott

As Chief Trust Officer, Randi reviews new business opportunities, advises the BMO Delaware Team on a variety of questions relating to existing trust accounts, and addresses regulatory requirements.  To facilitate the review and onboarding of new business, Randi works closely with potential clients and their counsel.

Randi also works with the BMO Delaware Team to develop procedures and best practices in fiduciary administration, drawing on over 30 years of experience in the trust industry as a trust advisor, closely held business analyst, and attorney.  She has over 20 years of experience in Delaware and has worked extensively with directed trusts.

Randi earned her bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.

Randi is a member of the Delaware Bankers Association and is admitted to the Pennsylvania bar.
