That’s up to you: it depends on the nature of the trust and your intentions. Trusts can be designed to provide full control to the trustee, or key decisions can be controlled by you or whomever you choose.

Our pricing is based on the level of complexity involved in the administration of your trust. Variables include type of assets, level of oversight and tax implications, among others.
