Joshua Palleon

Josh Palleon is a Managing Director, Investment Strategy with BMO Private Bank.

Josh serves as a member of the Investment Leadership Team and works in close partnership with our Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investments to implement the strategic vision and investment solutions for the firm across U.S. Wealth that focuses on leveraging our organizational resources through our research and strategy teams. He serves on our Asset Management Committee as well as our Asset Allocation, Investment Strategies Implementation and Equity Model Groups. He provides oversight over key business objectives, communication initiatives, and delivery of investment solutions, including teams focused on investment strategy, fixed income management and trading, and investment portfolio management. In addition, for select high net worth relationships, he directly oversees the delivery of investment management and advisory services. Josh joined the organization in 2004 and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

He earned an MBA from Marquette University and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin -Oshkosh. He has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.Josh is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Milwaukee.

In the community, Josh is a leader in support of non-profit organizations. He currently volunteers as a board member for Literacy Services of Wisconsin, an organization that provides education to help motivate and inspire engaged adults to achieve greater independence and transform their lives. Previously, he spent time as a member of Next Generation United Performing Arts Fund (UPAF), whose members cultivate awareness of, encourage engagement in, and promote philanthropy for UPAF and the performing arts with the next generation of community leaders. He also was a board member and investment committee chair for a national public foundation that focuses on providing financial resources to graduate and undergraduate students with the mission to promote academic success, leadership opportunities, and service to the community.
