Kelly Smith is the owner and CEO of All Tech Electric, a second-generation family business specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, medical, education, mission critical, and municipal clients. Founded over 20 years ago by her father, All Tech Electric operates from offices in Texas and Ohio. Kelly earned a bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering from The Ohio State University and spent time in corporate America before acquiring a partner and becoming majority owner of the family business. She relocated the corporate headquarters from Ohio to Texas and has since led the company through significant growth, more than tripling its revenue and securing socio-economic certifications that position All Tech Electric as a leading women-owned business in construction. She serves on the boards of IEC, TEXO, and APWC, and on the electrical and construction advisory committees for Collin County Technical College. Her leadership has been recognized with the 2025 TEXO Impact Award and the BisNow Dealmaker of the Year award.
